Both organisation and culture are often seen as fuzzy topics—hard to understand and change. But we know it is possible to improve your organisation and culture to support innovation (or any other goal). Keep in mind:
Copying a competitor or high-tech company’s initiatives will not solve your culture issues. Organisation and culture are far more than just inspiring offices, flashy org charts and process spreadsheets.
