We try to have just enough structure to harvest the power of the group without dampening our collective entrepreneurial spirit. This means few rules and simple organisational structures.

Flower organisation: Our internal operating system is modelled on a flower and we coordinate our internal work through specific roles and responsibilities.
Transparent salaries: Since the beginning, we have a transparent salary system that’s based on the breadth and depth of your expertise as well as your leadership skills. You can develop professionally and personally at Creaholic.
Informal marketplace: Our heterogenous project teams are set informally—the project leaders directly approach different Creaholicers.
Flexible hours: We have flexible working hours with a yearly time goal. Additionally, every Creaholicer can invest time to work on their own incubation ideas.
Workplace: Our innovation factory is our playground for bringing ideas to life. There are a lot of different opportunities to be creative here.

Collaborate closely with UX designers and backend developers to translate mockups and wireframes into interactive, responsive web applications, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
