In this module you will learn to reduce these uncertainties step by step with targeted experiments and thereby develop your product/service/technology/portfolio faster and more accurately. Regardless of where you are in your development process, you will gain confidence about your next steps. Because testing ideas and developing products are not different things: if you're smart about it, it's one iterative process.

This course is for you, if you are a leader, PM, PO, innovator, intrapreneur, facilitator, etc. and want to systematically counter the number one cause of project delays - opinions and uncertainties.

Cancellation conditions: Minimum number of participants: 8. Creaholic reserves the right to cancel the session if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Cancellations: No charge if you cancel 14 days or more before the event. If you cancel later, the full fee will be charged—or you can register a substitute.
