Course structure

The course takes place in person, either at our office or yours. In this two-hour feedback training, we will challenge your understanding and approach to feedback, explore different forms of feedback, and practice giving and receiving feedback with one another.


You will know what it takes to turn a statement about an issue or a person into valuable feedback. You will become aware of the conditions that are necessary for building a trusting feedback culture – and what you can do now to make this possible.
