The Relief-for-Menstrual-Cramp Device is an innovative solution designed as a discreet tampon that uses vibration technology to alleviate menstrual cramps. The creator of the device, Tamia, brought Creaholic on board for patent landscape exploration and forward-thinking development.

Over the past 35+ years developing new technologies, incubating our own product ideas and acquiring over 290 patent families, we have bolstered our experience with patent exploration and patent strategy. Concept generation and evaluation

As part of this phase, numerous ideas were generated and categorized as either patentable or non-patentable. The feasibility and effort required for implementation were carefully assessed. Drawing on collective expertise, the team developed diverse potential solutions, ensuring that intellectual property considerations were integrated into the evaluation process. The ultimate goal was to identify concepts that provided effective menstrual cramp relief while maintaining a viable patent strategy.
