Course structure

Step by step to a better fit

A short input gets this half-day started. After questions are clarified, a design challenge is set and possible target groups are collected.

In the first round you work in a group to develop the customer profile part of the Value Proposition Canvas, and share your findings in the plenary.

Afterwards, you progress to the value map with your group and create a corresponding offering.

After another round of reflection and a discussion about testing different combinations/fits, you have one more tool in your toolbox to make it easier to develop your offerings.
