Visual Facilitation

Whether you’re in a retrospective with your team, a decision-making workshop with management or a creative session with a diverse group, visual techniques can always help you create a shared understanding of your content.

Visual templates help you to support creative processes or simplify decision-making processes. With a little practice you’ll be able to grasp structures more quickly, and your expanded visual repertoire will help you reduce complexity.

This course is for you, if you’re a facilitator or leader who’s responsible for group processes such as meetings and workshops, and you want to use visualisation techniques to create a better level of understanding for everyone.

Cancellation conditions: Minimum number of participants: 8. Creaholic reserves the right to cancel the session if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Cancellations: No charge if you cancel 14 days or more before the event. If you cancel later, the full fee will be charged—or you can register a substitute.
