Course structure

This interactive format consists of short inputs and many practical exercises.

The customer interview is only one of many ways in which you can learn more from actual users about your products and services. This course begins with a brief overview of user research methods and their applicability, before moving on to practice various forms of conversation.

At what point in the project/product lifecycle are interviews helpful, and for what? How do you adapt questions to match your goals? How do you prepare? What factors do you need to consider?

You’ll try out various conversations yourself, in the roles of interviewer, respondent and observer.
