The Corporate Culture Jam is an established event format in the German-speaking part of Europe. It focuses on corporate culture and how this culture can be improved.
In 2019, the first Corporate Culture Jam in Switzerland took place in our innovation factory with speakers from Swisscom, SBB, Post, Axpo, BMW, Freitag, Swarovski and many more. The motto was called 'Hacking Corporate Culture' and together we were looking for smart ways to influence culture and gather practical insights.
We also tried many different hacks during the event. It was great fun!
The next Corporate Culture Jam will happen in a hybrid format in March 2021.
Inventing by Combining
Invention Morning, Nov 2018
The Invention Morning is a Creaholic event to inspire innovators and change makers. In only a half day, we offered two inspiring keynotes and interactive group work. The motto was 'Inventing by Combining' and we wanted to explore how unconventional combinations can open the doors to genuinely new solutions and approaches.
As guest speaker we invited Dr. Patrik Künzler. By fusing different perspectives, Patrik created thethe Limbic Chair, a chair that transforms sitting into a positive, healthy and functional experience.
Also, we had our founder Elmar Mock with us, who shared his personal experience and expertise regarding creativity and invention, the necessary mindset for inventing by combining and how unconventional combinations led him to unexpected insights and some of his greatest ideas.
IoT - Beyond Technology
Invention Morning, Jan 2018
On this Invention Morning we looked at the Internet of Things (IoT) from many different perspectives.
In addition to creative group sessions we had four speakers: Ralf Günther, Head of Industrial IoT & Industry 4.0 at Swisscom talked about what lies behind the hype of IoT. Sebastian Mock from Ericsson presented an inspiring IoT use case in the shipping industry. And Thomas Grolp gave a compelling presentation on how IoT improved Meier Tobler’s service – transforming the leading service company for climate and heating systems.
Lastly, Stefan Linder-the co-founder and former CEO of the Swiss Economic Forum and Founder of Swiss Innovation Forum-gave us an insightful presentation on the overall trends in IoT and how this technology will impact future markets.
