Pulse Feedback

An employee survey that actually works

Challenge

Classic employee surveys asked about everything and changed almost nothing. Long questionnaires frustrated people; results arrived months later for a few managers; anonymous venting rarely turned into team action. At Swisscom, that frustration was the starting point: what if a tool made it easier for everyone to do a good job?

The survey it replaced - a questionnaire long enough to exhaust anyone

Solution

Pulse Feedback puts feedback where it has the most impact - in the teams. Results are transparent within the team (not anonymous among colleagues), available in real time, and built for guided discussion and self-responsible improvement rather than top-down action plans. Prototypes were tested with hundreds of employees and dozens of teams before launch.

  • Feedback belongs where it changes something - inside the team
  • Variants put through their paces with 500+ employees and 35 teams

Results

Pulse Feedback launched in 2016 for 17'000 employees and has been developed, operated and marketed by Creaholic since 2017. It is used by companies in Switzerland and abroad for engagement, transformation and customer-centricity - actionable feedback instead of anonymous venting, learning instead of actionism.

What clients say

What makes Pulse revolutionary compared to all other methods is its transparency. And the very user-friendly evaluation of the results. This allows everyone in the company to take responsibility and work with the results. And that pays off: Teams that have consistently worked with Pulse have been able to measurably increase their performance.
